There are plenty of things in life that hold you back from connecting with yourself and caring for your vessel. As a person who lives with chronic illnesses, I bring an elevated level of compassion and understanding to my work. I am here to meet you where you are at and help you do the work to honor and value yourself and your body. Whatever your goals may be, I am here to help you reach and exceed them. Helping others is what drew me to massage, but witnessing the extent of the benefits is what keeps me on this path. I have a passion for working with people dealing with trauma, chronic pain, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I would be honored to be a part of your wellness journey.
